About

AI. What Could Go Wrong? is a daily stream of short items about AI agents doing things nobody asked for, and about the business decisions around deploying them.

Each item is a headline, a short summary, the sources, and a take by a named editor. Some items link to a full brief. The brief is the monitoring agent’s text, copied and reviewed.

Seampoint publishes the site. That line is on every page. The stream generally does not mention Seampoint’s products. A mention stays in only when it is part of the point of that item.

An item is published when an editor writes the headline and the take, checks the summary, and commits the file. Nothing an agent drafts goes out on its own.

A published summary stays between 50 and 160 words. The headline and the take have length limits. Every published item has at least one https source. Tags come from a fixed list. A tip, or an item from the discard pile, is attributed in the summary, or it is marked verified. A correction stays on the item and on the corrections page. A pulled item keeps its address and says why it was pulled.
